• • A  two night minimum is required for all stays

• • The cancellation policy is 2 weeks

• • A $25 service fee is retained for all cancellations
    There are no refunds for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to stay

• • A $50.00 deposit is required for daily rental / $200.00 deposit is required to weekly rental *Note: The deposit is refundable upon cancellation only if made 2 weeks prior to stay

• • All cabins are NON-SMOKING

• Pets:
  Only well behaved pets are accepted
  Fee is $5.00/night – $25.00/week
  Owner must sign damage waiver
  Please clean up after your pet -pick-up stations on-sight
